This month is all about APPLES. Check out some of the things we have done to play and work with apples.

Apple Weaving

A tactile activity to build strength and mobility in those tiny hands.

Apple Collage

An introduction of the term "unique". HOw are apples special? We created our own apples that are unique.

Apple Taste Test and Graph

Do all apples taste the same? How does their taste differ? What type of apple do you like the best?

Making Apple Sauce

We cooked all day. Our class combined all of our different apples together to create one masterpiece of taste. Then we took a tally of who liked the apple sauce and who did not. Mmmmm, yummy.

Apple Core Stamping

We did not waste any parts of our apples. After cutting open the cores of our apple sauce apples, we dipped them in colour and created the most onderful paintings. If you look closely you will see the star of the core, where all the seeds are hidden.
